Residential building cleaning and maintenance

      Professional cleaning and maintenance of hygiene in the building contributes to the quality of living space and increases the well-being of tenants and visitors.Each residential building has different maintenance and cleaning needs and requires a unique cleaning plan.

      First cleaning task that we perform at the start of the project is machine cleaning of hard floors, followed by regular maintenance of hygiene.

 

      Regular cleaning of a residential building, which is performed once a week, includes:

 

• cleaning of the building entrance;

• cleaning glass surfaces on the front door;

• wiping the lock, handle and frame of the front door;

• removal of advertising material;

• cleaning and disinfection of corridors and stairs with professional chemicals;

• removing cobwebs;

• cleaning of elevators;

• cleaning handrails;

• removal of chewing gum.

 

     In the cleaning process, we use professional chemicals and equipment of renowned manufacturers Wirbel, Taski and KIEHL.
